Plant Two is our class created to unlock your essence through food. 

For those who dream of developing their knowledge of plant based food. Teaching new technical skills, forward thinking techniques within a community of plant based leaders.

Plant Two is developed to cultivate creativity, inspire forward thinking ideas and allow students to express themselves through the dishes they design.

This Class builds on the techniques in Plant One. Created for anyone with a good knowledge of the fundamentals of plant food and wanting to take their skills into the next stage.

An immersive culinary experience with guest lectures, nutritionists and pioneers joining us throughout the program to spark new ideas and support your learning and offer a wealth of knowledge to inspire you culinary journey 

Plant Two Details

The Aim of Plant Two is cultivate your plant curiosity, build on an existing knowledge and support you to create your own concept and menu.

 A key part of this learning is understanding about flavour balance, understanding advanced techniques, sourcing and being inspired by suppliers, connecting with opportunities and unleashing your creativity.

If you join without taking other levels there will be an induction day prior to the class.


This class runs for 10 days from 9:30 - 5:30.

Throughout the class there will be team meals arranged in the evenings, farmers market visits, trips to producers and many extra curricular opportunities to get involved with.

  13. Execution Three courses and presentations


On completing this class students will receive a Plant Academy certificate, the opportunity to intern in our Plant Hub kitchen and the opportunity to use the academy to put their menu into action and hold their own pop up nights.

Due to the uncertainty a t tis time we have postponed our pring classes. We hope to reschedule them for the summer but with uncertainties around travel we will not launch dates until we know more.

If you have a booking at this moment we are asking students to hold their place and see the dates below into next year. there is no rush to let us know what you decide to do. As a small business we cant offer refunds at this time but will keep you all updated.
